Hello,

I have encountered a bug where I cannot pick up Chef Hats from the edge of the city. This seems to only happen when the view is zoomed out completely. Even a slight zoom in solves the problem.

The problem is repeatable, I can purposefully zoom out and the bug occurs.

I am playing on Chorme.

We can confirm that this is not a bug, but is purely related to your device utilizing the new zoom settings that allow players to view their whole city. Please make sure that your browser is set to 100% zoom and any collection/s will work perfectly.
