Answered Chapter 18 Quest

I have recieved a chapter quest to Breed 100 Baby Elementals. I have scoured every manufactory etc in my city to see where to do this and I honestly cant find it anywhere. Im not even sure why Im being asked to breed elementals when Im in the Team Spirit chapter. Would appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction!

I had to delve deep into my memory for this, but I believe elementals are the productions of the elemental hubs (fire, water, air and earth). Productions of any of these should fulfill the quest.
