Chapter 15 & Summer Mermaids

Traditionally, after a week or two, Chapter 15 will begin.
Many players are already finished with Chapter 14.

Why is there a big adventure ahead of the new chapter?

The daily rewards will be from Chapter 14, and a few days later players will be in Chapter 15.

I am sure that after chapter 15 is released there will be other events where you can win buildings that are at the level of that chapter. Should everyone else not have an event just because you may not like the rewards from it later on IF they release another chapter soon?
