Question Ch.22 Main Quest - collect elixir?

Oh, I see what you are saying, sorry.

Still, enchanting 100 buildings is impressive. That must be real tournament commitment to maintain those kind of numbers, even if you are crafting the EE spells.

My set up is more modest. I pick out my 25 best culture producers and enchant all of those for 30 days at a time so I can safely pre-plan the continuity.

now it's up to 1178 % again...
Is that all? :p

Mine peaked this morning, so I collected coins and supplies before it faded away.

...yes, it was a problem before I researched the Vallorian School of Sorcery - my EEs melted like snow in the sun - but now I can produce 12 EEs per day + ~30 I get from tournament (I usually play 40 provinces) - my EE Duration is 4 days and 6 hours - it's enough...

...in the beginning it was only a side effect that I developed this tactic, because I'm a collector of event buildings - I placed every single building I won in the events in my city - they were my trophies - no matter if they got outdated or not (I started summer 2016 and RR were introduced 2018 and there were no teleporters) - as a result my (culture) sun was always shining brightly through the years. On the other hand I won many many many enchantments in my first event back in summer 2016. First I was upset because I wanted those pretty little unicorns instead of the damn spells - but now that I had tons of them I thought: What shall I do with all this stuff? And I figured it out...

I think the Vallorian School is something I don't have access to right now.

I am intrigued by the whole idea now, but it's quite hard to get past the point of not needing as many coins and supplies as that culture bonus will give me. So the only way I could justify it would be to build Blooming Trader, level it up high, then delete my marble and crystal manufactories.

I mean, this would all save me some space. But I would have to have that darn bee!... And would I start to get short of combining catalysts?

...most of all you need the lighthouse of good neighborhood and this wonder have some more special effects, because the third effect increases the output of orcs, mana, seed and unurium in your event buildings, if they are enchanted with EE (and polished)...

...and that is very useful...

...pictures from Arendyll-DE-Server - NBH-Lighthouse Lvl 14...

...and if you have the NBH-Lighthouse (and a high culture bonus) it's only a step more to get the bumblebee and tons of goods...

To bee, or not to bee? That is the question.

One should bee careful when contemplating monumental changes.

There could bee hidden downsides.

I will not bee altering my playing style for a while.

Chapter 22 will bee hard! o_O

The need to use tons of CCs to upgrade AWs
...Christmas will come soon with a shuffleboard event full of little buildings, which you can sell and get CCs ;)...

...In Bavaria we have a visit from the Nikolaus (& Krampus) earlier on December the 6th (or 5th in the evening) - I can tell him ;)...

Krampus is the bad guy right?

So I did it. Despite my hatred of the big bee, I realised that even if it is only at level 6, and even if I make no other changes, it still pays me twice as much extra goods as the marble and crystal manu did.

So I am officially sans standard goods manufactories.

...yes - the good children get a little present from St. Nikolaus, but the bad ones are put in the sack by Krampus and taken away - many Kids are afraid of Krampus (guilty conscience) and hide under the table while the visit - except of my younger daughter - I remember her - two years old - running in circles around Nikolaus and Krampus, always laughing and me, speaking a secret prayer: God in heaven, please, don't let her crawl under the coat, looking what's underneath...she didn't but she even made Krampus smiling ^^

...with NBH Lighthouse lvl 31+ you have +12 % for every EE - so I just needed 101 enchanted polished buildings (and I have a few more to select in my city) - but it was an exception of course - it usually stays between 900 and 1100 % (it fluctuates hour to hour)...

...this morning I had a really bad culture bonus - it was down to 600 %, because I was pretty lazy the last few days and my neighbors were lazy too - so I visited them all and now it's up to 1178 % again...
Sorry, dredging up an old post. I'm updating on this little project you got me started on.

So, now I have BTG on L21 (work in progress) and have started to mass-produce EE spells, but the difficult part to figure out is how to get so many buildings polished. The short answer is that I can't. In my city, currently, I have 61 polishable culture buildings (if that's a word). They are now all sparkled-up and set for the next month. My culture bonus has improved, but still only 530%. I have EE spells to spare, but the trick now is managing to get enough people giving me NH in order to get them all polished. Right now it will do no good to have any more buildings.

The culture bonus could ultimately be limited by how good a neighbourhood is. I can only think of one more meaningful thing to work on and that is to further upgrade my Great Bell Spire. That's something I haven't done in a long time.

...yes - you need the Bell Spire at high level, so each neighborly help lasts the whole day and not only for 8 hours - but the key is the lighthouse of good neighborhood, because it expands the culture bonus from +5 to +12 for each polished EE culture - if you get 20 helps from your fellowship - you would need only 41 helps from your neighbors - and you could reach a culture bonus of 900 % (it also makes the EE last longer) - you don't need more than 1000 % - I usually play with 5 workshops - if you play with more you will get enough supplies to buy 60 times at the wholesaler...the same with gold of your residences - I play with only 8 of this - so if you have more, you can get more coins than me with less bonus...the neighbor lighthouse then additionally increases the production of mana, orcs, seeds and unurium for each of these polished cultural buildings...in my case it doubles the amount - so every building becomes more powerful...

...this was a culture bonus of 1226 % - my supplies storage limit is 24 M...

I figured, and I've started on that now. It's sat there on L11 since the Great Great Bell Spire Nerf of 2018.

That's already L32.

I usually play with 5 workshops
I have one, ha, and no residences. But I have all the evolving buildings and combined they rake in tons of coins and supplies. Plus they're all boosted by culture.

There are, of course, other things to work on, i.e. my L26 Prosperity Towers, L32 Abyss and (of course) my L21 BTG. However, in terms of bringing up the culture bonus further it looks like the Bell Spire is the answer. (Thanks).

Incidentally, since I posted my last message my bonus has gone to 614% so we're in the right direction.

Hahaha my culture bonus sits around 185% (on a good day) can go as low as 100% but if I'm really lucky I get 200%.
