Help! I am unable to update Elvenar from Google Play onto my Amazon Kindle Fire. It says it is installed but only installs on my Samsung cell phone. Is this something I will have to live with (or in this case live without). I usually do my visits on my Kindle so I am very behind doing visits!

Here are some steps you can try:

1. Uninstall then reinstall the latest version onto your Kindle.

2. Check you have enough memory (RAM).
