Answered Can't lvl up research tree

Hi

I want to lvl up from evolution 1 to evolution 2 in the research tree but i can't open the chest. I did all the recuirments needed but it still won't open? Can someone help me pls ?

If you completed all the provinces needed for that chest it should open. Think it is 10 provinces to unlock.
