This is frustrating...this issue has lasted a number of days and it will be quite difficult for me to complete the season pass now...I look forward to those new character pictures....

And now for my update. There's been no change unfortunately and it's now 3 full days without login access. I would have thought it would be easy with electronics to trace where the signal fails and thereby perform a fix?

That's wonderful news @FlyingSushi we seem to be receiving reports from a good few Players that they are able to access their City.

Could those that have been struggling to gain access on this thread confirm that they can get in now :)

And this is a prime example of why the forums are needed and there really should be a link added gain.....just saying :)
@Herodite wasted no time in keeping people updated. which I'm sure those who couldn't log on really appreciated. I'm happy for our Australian and Kiwi players that you're able to log on again and just in time for Happy Monday and 20% sale day on expansions. :)

I have also been able to login, thank you. Unfortunately there will be repercussions due to my inability to build up resources and I don't see any compensation offered by Inno to its NZ and Australian customers.

No worries EZ, it's great to hear you are back, I saw that you polished me. We are a team, we will manage together

One of our members from Australia has also been offline for a few days. Inno techs report it's an issue with the Australian hosting servers. He's back up and running now so hopefully fixed for all.

@OldHag I know we have mentioned this before, we have never removed the Forum Link from the Game, it can be located in our Knowledge Base. To view this click onto the cogwheel settings, the question mark (?) and you will see a new window arrive. Here there is our Community category, click here and choose Forum. articles exist here to help everyone register and become part of the fabulous Forum community as well as providing direct links to this fabulous Forum as well as the US and Beta ones too.

All should be well for our Australian players now, there was an issue with at least one ISP over the weekend, that was rectified early yesterday. If anyone is still having issues a quick cache clear and restart should stop any blocked coding from circling around.
