Is your internet service up? Can you browse to other sites? Have you had this problem before?

It seems that you may have a connection issue, although you have been able to connect to the Forum to post this message.

Try lodging a Support Ticket:

No my internet is fine I can play and do everything else
There was another person on here somewhere and they had the same problem but now I can't find her

I keep getting this message when trying to play

There is something missing. Please check your internet connection
I have had this problem a whole day and I am missing a whole day's activity. There is no issue with my Internet and other apps are connecting. I feel there is a problem in the app being unable to connect.

Hi Guys!! I would recommend a Support Ticket but before doing so would you mind Clearing your Cache on whichever device/browser you are using, and then resetting your Router by turning this off for 3mins at least (then turning it back on)

If it works once you have performed those actions, Brilliant! If not, then please raise a ticket and we will investigate it further.

Just another brief update on this one. So it is affecting multiple users! Some time has passed though since it began so i'm hoping that a cache clear/router reset will solve it! Please let me know if it's still persisting after you have performed these actions. No need to send a Support Ticket as we have a few already :)

I occasionally got this with the App on my Apple iPad 6th gen. I haven't seen it since our home router was upgraded very recently, as it started dropping the wifi once a week, but then was about 10 years old. It might indicate a 'ghost in the machine' scenario.
Who you gonna call...?

Same issue for me. I have lodged a ticket. Note that the problem is present on both the app and if you attempt to login on a PC using a web browser....suggesting there is an issue beyond the mobile app. I also had the problem using a different wifi network. The issue appears to be server side.

Thanks flying sushi. The issue has affected me for two full days now. It means I haven't been able to restock resources since the previous Spire and weekly tourney have finished. Not good.

I hear you... I'm most concerned that the people in my alliance think I have quit. At the moment I have no idea if this issue has affected them as well.

Hi Guys, we're still dealing with the same issues it seems! This is predominantly affecting those of you in the Australian Region! I can only apologise but we are trying our hardest to locate the source and resolve this.

As always if I find anymore out I will update you.
