Answered candy on the outskirts of city

hello, i just started playing this game during the 'candy' event. i keep getting the message that says 'candy appeared on the outskirts of my city, but im not sure how or where to find it. can someone tell me, where im supposed to look? thank you.

Hi welcome to the game
You can find the candys by scrolling around the edge of the city, scroll to the top and then to the left and then down to the bottom and over to the right. As you go you will notice red candy sitting around. (im sure someone can find a picture that shows the possible locations)
