Hi Can anyone tell me if I will have my coins refunded if I were to cancel an upgrade of a building.
ie: 29000 coins for a level 4 workshop

Yes u will have integral refunds,dosent matter when u cancel the construction,from beggining or with few seconds to finish it :)
