As the title says. Cancelling a Manifest Exchange can bring you over the max limit for that resource. Here's a screenshot:
As you can see I am 75 over the limit of 9000 (and yes, I tried reloading the page - no change). How it happened:
I had started Manifest Exchange productions in both of my Vaults of Wisdom. Then I used a 5% Portal Profit and after some calculation I decided that I did not need the second Exchange.
I tried to cancel one of the exchanges and got a warning that I would get only 225 out of 300 due to the lack of capacity. I canceled anyway.
Then I checked my resources and saw that I was over capacity: 9075/9000. That's 75 over capacity - exactly the amount I was supposed to lose.
