Closed | Archived Buildings not completing construction

Hoping someone can help. I have a brand new player in my FS who has placed her barracks and a marble manufactury neither of which are completing construction. Is there anything I can suggest to her to resolve the issue please? She plays on the app.

I would make sure they have an active road connection.

Also try fully closing the app and reloading rather than just opening the app again.

If they continue to have issues I suggest they send a ticket to support.

Has she tried closing the game and restarting it? I know that's the basic turn it off and on again solution, but often works for all sorts of issues in the game/
