Bugged in-game advert driving me mad!

I'm in the UK and I keep getting an advert for a VE (Victory in Europe) day Union Jack styled pin. This advert is a static image, but it has a 10 second timer in the top-right corner, but the timer never starts, so the X to close the ad remains disabled. It's not a video ad, clicking on it doesn't start a video playing, it just takes you to their website and the 10 second timer still stays disabled. No matter how many times I tell the advert that I've seen it before, or it's not appropriate, it keeps coming back and I have to reload the game to try and get a different advert when I click the 'movie reel' icon around the edge of my city. I still just got it five times in a row, meaning reloading my city five times! I've now had to set my VPN to Ireland so that I can actually get an advert that will complete and give me the reward!

This has been happening for about a week now. Be nice to have a button to report certain broken adverts (other than the ad company's three ... menu that does nothing to stop them) to have them fixed or removed!

We've all had this ad sooooo many times! It went away for a few days, but now it's back for everyone (in our fellowship), albeit less often. We've all marked it 'inappropriate' - because it is - it's broken! If you zone, ie go to the research page or the spire etc, it resets. Ditto if in spire and trying to watch ad to boost fighter health just go back one step and a new advert will come up (that's worked for us anyay)

If you encounter any inappropriate or ads that are not closing/behaving as they should be. Please reach out to support, we will need some additional information about the ad from you. This is a screenshot, timestamp and we need to know whereabouts in the game you had encountered the ad from (city outskirts, Research, Builders Hut or combat).
The only way to report ads is through support - just to confirm.
