Answered Blocked city expansions?

When and how will the new city expansions be made available to we long-term players?

Once a player has max'd the province expansions, and the premium limit is reached, even the Tower of Eternity will not help us!

It's clear that the game has expanded the projected city space and provided for more expansions, but what are we supposed to hope for in order to get the new expansions?

Next chapter is supposed to hit in December, still?
That will bring new expansions.

@SkyRider99 the beautiful @Martohtar is correct. More expansions should be introduced with the new Chapter. Whether ALL these expansions will be specifically gained via Chapters im unsure. They may well introduce some more Premiums? But more will come, of that we are certain.

All it does is future proof the next several chapters so it is longer before they have to restructure the city grid again. You have to stop ogling them @SkyRider99 !
