Does anybody know when the FA will hit the rest of the Servers?

Most likely FA will hit live servers on November 14th, but we don't really know until we're told.

Beta will be getting an FA soon and I see in the notes for that

The Recycled Potion badge requirement is now scalable, ranging from 150 Spell Fragments (SF) for players in Chapter 2, to 570 SF for players in Chapter 22.

The scalable side of this makes no sense at all. Everybody gets the same random number of spell fragments in the spire. Everybody gets the same number of spell fragments from other sources in the game.

The bigger you are (higher Chapter, more Ancient Wonders, et cetera) the easier it is to reach the top of the Spire, complete more Tournament provinces, finish more Event mini-quests et cetera, et cetera; and thus the more chances you have to earn Spell Fragments or buildings that you can convert to SF. I can certainly see Inno's thinking. Plus at lower Chapters your Magic Academy will not be at level 5 yet and so your disenchantment bonus will be lower.
