the quest thing is a part of it, the clicking is a mechanism to discourage you from abusing it
Players are not abusing anything by declining a quest, confirming their decline and then moving onto the next quest.
If the designers didn't want players to have this ability then the game would be designed so that it wasn't possible to decline quests.

Furthermore the click, click, click mechanism that you have to go through to do this is not there to discourage anything.
It is there because we currently have a totally appalling GUI which should have been fixed long ago.

Players will always use the game in ways designers did not forsee, the quest thing is a part of it, the clicking is a mechanism to discourage you from abusing it. The goals of players and designers arent always the same.

There is beta to do the testing and review but alas deaf ears fallen it has. :cool:

Just think or google the most playable games. Most had crappy graphics but with awesome gameplay, plot, puzzle solving, mind puzzling factors involved not to mention the greatest game of all time. Super Mario. Lousy graphics, music. Superb gameplay, very addictive. :)
