Hi,

I have been given a quest "Research Advanced Scouts" that I completed some time ago, and there is no option to decline, so now I am stuck with a quest that I can never achieve which is blocking any new quests. What can I do? I am at the end of chapter 2.

You research advanced scouts at the start of each chapter so you will shortly be starting a new one and that will be your first research
