Where do you find B046-d "Translator"

Its the same naming style as other Constructs buildings, but I can't find it in the build menu, and it doesn't come up on a search in the Elvenar Wiki. Where have you seen it asked for?

No, it's just flavor text in the description of one building. There might have been such a Construct as part of the story quests too, but only as an NPC, nothing more (I don't remember the quest givers or the quest texts, so I can't be sure).

Where do you find B046-d "Translator"

I don't know much about Constructs,Maxical(I am in Woodelves ) but what I do know is it helps with translating the signs of Enigma Avenue(said the Researchers in the research tab)
