Question Autumn event quests

Are they random? cause for example like 10 min before the event started i did my round of help and now i got the quest to help 4 neighbours, which means i have to wait till tomorrow.
Also are they finite? will you eventually run out of quests?

The questline is set for the whole event Gannet, and as usual there is a set number of quests split into the Story of the event and additional episodic quests.

Thanks, there's a lot of information there however not about the quests themselves, is the questline public? to see like every quest in order

@Gannet, if you are willing to look at spoilers from beta then the thread https://en.forum.elvenar.com/index.php?threads/autumn-zodiac-seasonal-event-in-beta.15078/ contains a link on page 2 which contains the quest list from beta. there is the possibility that some quests may have changed.
