Not really sure if it is a bug, or it was changed to work in this matter, but lately my app is giving out notifications every 15 minutes or so that "some of my productions are ready". In 99% of the cases, nothing is ready at all, but the app pushes them regardless. I tried stopping all productions including armories and pretty much all i could stop. only mana and coins left to generate on their own, and i still get that notification popping out constantly. For some time i thought it might be because the early collect for the coins or mana, but it is not. Befor the last update the notifications my app was pushing were always on point.
