Wyvern guest race
A single wyvern emerges out of the hole you dug in amuni. This wyvern was buried by the old elvenar many years ago and now seeks revenge.
Can you tame this gigantic beast and use his knoweledge of the old elvenar to boost you're city to new levels once again? or shall he devour you all.Maybe the wyvern sits on top of your mainhall, removing the need for a guest building. And armouries might start to breed it some treats to appease him.

The wyvern has deep blood red scales, which are used to roof buildings and the main hall. the scales are also crushed to create wyvern gems, the upgraded form of gems.
the new sentient goods could be
Emeralds=gems
Philosophers stones=elixir
Diamond shavings=magic dust.
The culture unlocked in that chapter are all statues and busts, which depict the wyvern in all its magnificence.
Your people begin to worship this wyvern as a god until the old elvenar emerges, as an undead elf with a legion of warriors never seen before to take back what they feel is rightfully theirs...The relics.
