Hello Humans and Elves,

As a new addition to Your Elvenar Team, I wanted to take some time to introduce myself to the Elvenar International community.

Here at Elvenar International, I will be supporting the community as a Game Moderator. If you should require any help during your time here then please do not hesitate to contact me.

Apart from my passion for online browser games, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, reading, watching documentaries, travelling and visiting the theatre.

I am very much looking forward to getting to know you all over the coming weeks. :)

Hi Madena, a belated welcome.

I understand what a forum moderator does (maintain decorum, chastise as necessary etc) but can't quite imagine what a game moderator would do. Opportunities for misbehaving ingame seem to be lamentably sparse.
Would you care to say a few words about that please?

As a Game Moderator at Elvenar International, I respond to support tickets from players on a variety of issues, from general questions to reported breach of rules and ban appeals. There are also occasions when I will assist with bug reports, although these in the majority of cases are handled by
QA Moderators who specialise in dealing with bug reports and technical issues. I hope this has clearly explained what a Game Moderator does. :)

Indeed it didn't. I don't know what happened, but the forum is down to just 5 Team members: Marindor, Nylian, Rebus, Rhaweth and Rilian. That's all the current forum staff, and 2 of them joined this week....
