Actually....overall for that chapter....you need to build a total of 144 towers of light....sell half of them, so 72.....and then upgrade the rest of them, so 72 to level 2.....then sell all 72 at level 2 in order to receive the final item needed for the last research ;)

I had the same as @OldHag with the amount of manufactories but I fed my Aureate Phoenix to boost the production of them.....

I believe they show up in your list of rewards for the chests at the end of the tournament for the orcs, and the ranking points just get added to your ranking points.......oddly enough I have both of these wonders and really never paid much attention to them, I will pay more closely next week

according to iDavis there is no quest to sell the Dwarven Portal......please check out their site here https://idavis-elvenar.com/index.html they list all the quests for all the chapters
