It could be to do with ch21, the amounts needed seem to be heavily geared towards the lower tiers of goods so even I have been having to do cross tier trades to try and keep a balance even though I produce all 3 tiers of the goods.

Under instructions to keep their "jobs" past experience of Modding can range from a meagre wage, 100$ a month to in game freebies and gifts. Never heard of a gaming moderator recruited in the game doing better than that.

Bring a 3rd party site I would use a very strong password also and maybe a completely randon username as Inno have no control there for your data protection, same as Inno on Facebook, Instagram and TwiX.
