This is not a bug Sir Derf, the ingredients used in the Cauldron do not necessarily produce any Potion whatsoever. So it is quite possible to not receive a single one each week. Our Wiki guide also covers this here.

One would hope that all of our fabulous players would wish to keep Discord a safe and friendly place, and we can always remove and ban any ''troll or troll army'' the same as we can here. Not that we have had to often here on the forum, but it has been known.

That is correct as per the official announcement, things moved straight to discord as soon as it went live. Yes we are all still here, and also now there too.
