Event on mobile feedback: The animations between rolls (adding feathers, moving chick and rotating chests) are not long enough for me to be able to fall asleep. Pretty close, but still not there.

I managed to complete the quest trail yesterday, many thanks to those who posted the list that made it possible to plan ahead
It cost me about 10 days of time boosters and scuppered my carefully planned hamlet but I hav got 5 wishing wells so far; having heard lots about them but never had one before I’m pretty happy and Steve (my Phoenix) has already been put to good use
Trawling around the wiki I came across the Phoenix cult building set - have I completely missed a key part of this event ???
Phew, thanksNo you haven't, that was from last years Phoenix event.
In this case I just eyeballed itSoggy, what assumptions did you use for productions per day on a workshop and for the cost of population?
The pop is included in my above calc.let's not forget the population
In this case I just eyeballed it
Also gives 1392 pop which should be worth at least 4 squares bringing it up to 2,800 per sqare\dayFire or Storm Phoenix , lev 3 = 18 squares producing 39600 supplies per day, 2200 supplies per square\day.
....If people were really keen to test the randomness of the chest and prize generation...
You're absolutely right, it would take a LOT of data to nail the distribution of prizes. I've got 36 days of data on 1 wishing well, and so far it doesn't look like the prizes are distributed equally -- but I didn't expect them to be. In Phoenix Evolution I went for many days getting nothing but 5% chances at the daily prizes and no way to get more than 20 SE from a chest (less than cost of opening). Must have opened about 30 chests in a row like that. On other days I got 200 SE and 3 daily prizes while opening 4-5 chests. Last 2 days have been terrible! The only way Inno would gain from an "unfair" RNG system is to frustrate us into buying diamonds. I got 8 Phoenix Artifacts altogether. Would like 10, but not going to spend my real money on them! 8 is not bad!
If someone did collect the enormous amount of data and showed a discrepancy, would that cause a change in the programming? I think not. They seem very thorough in their balancing, my guess is it all works just the way they want.
It will always matter as players make little level 1 buildings for events, so steel and human plankers are at a significant disadvantage. There has been a beta test of a new mini event that allowed players to use any kind of factory, so with some luck they'll port that feature into future events.I would guess this doesn't matter as much later when the manufactories are more the same size and cities are bigger too, but it had a very large effect on my tiny city.
