Sentient goods and the Sunset Towers

So, the Sunset Towers reduce the amount of Divine Seeds loss every day, does it also reduce the amount of Sentient Goods reduction or not? I can't find this info anywhere.

The wiki says

Sunset Towers: Reduces the overnight Divine Seed Decay.

D222-z "Simia Sapiens": Decreases the decay of Sentient Goods.

So these are different benefits and the Sunset Towers does not affect Sentient Goods decay.
