I'm using Google Chrome Version 70.0.3538.102 (Official Build) (64-bit) on
Linux 3.16.0-6-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.16.57-2 (2018-07-14) x86_64 GNU/Linux
and after switching to html5 I get stuck at the loading screen.

Same thing happens to me :(. Trying to log in with Firefox or Chromium doesn't work either. And yes I opened a ticket.

Had this problem for a while. There's clearly an issue for players using Linux with the HTML5 option enabled. I tried 3 different browsers and got the same lockup each time.

You are correct- it's currently being investigated. If anyone using Linux with the HTML5 option enabled finds they cannot log into the game, please contact Support where we can assist you.
