Does anyone exactly what research is required to upgrade a residence from level 3 to 4? Thank you!

If you are an elf, you will need to complete Advanced Residences to advance from level 3 to 4, but if you are a human, the Advanced Research Residences research is needed to go from level 4 to 5.
