I have just built and the overview says that it boosts production but, when you open it, it says 'relic boost'. Which is correct, please?

Both are correct, just different ways to say the same thing. The Mountain Halls increases the production of your Manufactories, just like collecting a certain number of Relics.

you can see the relics boost and the Mountain Halls boost by opening the relics overview on the map screen and by hovering on one of your 3 boosted...

PS : the relics and wonder boost are added so 700% relic boost and 53% wonder boost means 753% total production (and 636%+53% = 689%)

how did you get max steel boost with only 499 relics? arent you supposed to have 500 to reach the max? did u use any for upgrading wonders after you reached the bonus and did thee bonus not drop? think this is a bug, no?

I just upgraded the Mountain Hall, so, perhaps I went under the 500 because of that but kept the 700%...
