Offer 110 Marble for 6 Dust is a ratio of 18.3, which is better than 16:0, but is only ranked at 2 stars.
Offer 220 Marble for 12 Dust is the same ratio of 18.3, which is still better than 16:0, yet this is properly ranked at 3 stars.

My guess, the math is integer based and testing if (110/16) > 6, and is truncating the 6.875 to 6, !> 6, while (220/16) is truncating 13.75 to 13 > 12.

112 Marble for 6 Dust, ratio 18.67 > 16, (112/16)=7 > 6, still 2 stars.
113 Marble for 6 Dust, ratio 18.83 > 16, (113/16)=7.0625 > 6, 3 stars.

Is the three star test offered > ((wanted + 1) * 16) instead of simply offered > (wanted * 16) ?

Currently, I'm offering all my trades at 110%, rounded up, so 6*16*1.1 = 105.6 -> 110, which should be a three star trade, I thought...
