3x Faster Productions in 24h

It depends if the conspiracy runs deeper. Have you noticed that everyone who has said they didn't get the reward is someone who is quite a big tournament player? Anyone who I've heard from who does little or mediocre amounts in tournaments all did seem to get it.***

I knew I would start with the conspiracy theories, haha!

Edit: *** This doesn't include people posting on the forum, just so you know.
Um no. 2 of those 5 are regular tourneyers. 1 of the other 3 is the one that got the offer. But the other 2 do not tourney much either - just enough to finish off whatever chests their fellows have open on Saturday :)

I suggest to see this case as the 700 diamonds gifts, only a few received that.

That's not it. I got it in both my cities. In one I do 2,700 every week & the other 3-3.5k week in, week out. No conspiracy, just chance.

For those who do not have the faster production now, we are sorry to hear that the offer was not available for you this time.

Since offers like these are a new feature in Elvenar, we had to test with a limited number of players to see if everything worked as expected. We do strive to make these offers available to everyone in the future.

Thank you Muf-Muf. I was surprised to see this offer and it is a good idea. Seeing as you are testing it, here is some feedback for Inno on how it worked.
Firstly, didn't know it was coming and it must have appeared at midnight, as when I logged in at breakfast and first saw it there was only just over half the time of the offer left. This means that for someone in a timezone where it started during waking hours, they would get much more advantage as would be able to set a long build and still get the extra on it overnight. You might need to think about this timing issue if you offer it again.
Secondly, I work all day weekdays, and can only dip in every three hours to reset builds using mobile. Unfortunately the offer didn't mention that it wouldn't work at all on the mobile version so I set builds but then couldn't collect on mobile using the shorter time. Nine hours later I am home from work but there is only a couple of hours of the 24 hour offer left.
So in effect, really a negligible benefit, and I haven't actually gained extra goods as a result of this offer although I will manage a small amount in the very last couple of hours of it now. Therefore for the future you might want to fix this so it does work on mobile too. Most of us who work in my FS do the same as me - use mobile during the day in coffee breaks so we don't get fired for gaming at work. I'm not saying give us special advantage, just avoid disadvantaging the playing style we have to use. Just a thought :)

In short then, nice idea but for those of us who both sleep and work in our 24 hours, very difficult to take much advantage from it.

Was this a 'test' though, or a gift? Either way I can imagine it didn't sit well.

The benefit of giving gifts to everyone is they don't have to wonder if they're getting fair treatment or not. How would I know if my neighbor has gotten three gifts in the time it took me to get one. Randomness is just unsettling when it come to gifts; what's random about it? The distribution? The odds of getting one. Of course they won't tell us because it would probably hurt diamond sales.

Thank you for this! Great boost to my supplies. However I wouldn't have even known about it if I hadn't gone on my PC unexpectedly as I usually play on my iPhone or iPad. It's very obvious from the other comments that not very PC player got this option due to it being a BETA test and you are hoping they will get it at a future date but I am assuming it still won't be available in the future for anyone playing on a mobile to tablet as seems to be the general scheme of things, which is rather unfair if you can't afford a PC to play on. Just saying.

Pro: awesome way to finally spend those MM spells (if you have the time)

Contra: huge drain for supplies, and even if you have the time to fully exploit this, without instants, you're screwed

Also, am I going to be able to start a 16h (aka 2d) production at the end of this "event" and collect it as such tommorow or it will turn back to pumpkin?

I sat almost whole day from 6am ->11pm with boosted manuf + prodcution increased boost AND my 5 magic workshops WITH power of provision rotating the quest for supplies for gold, haha and still had to use instant gold to ceep up xD xD

Hi, another bit of testing feedback for the developers. The offer clock doesn't seem to run at the same speed as the factory clocks.
A couple of hours ago I set builds and, kicking myself, realised that most factories had a couple of minutes less than 2 hours of the offer left. I started adding up how many 3minute instants I have left to see if they could be bumped so that they would get in two complete production cycles. An hour later, setting the builds again, oddly I now had an hour and 4 minutes left of the offer. I thought maybe I had been having a "moment" .... However, another hour has passed and I've just collected my builds ... and there were 13 minutes left on the offer clock! Therefore I really wasn't dreaming it, the clocks have to have been running at different speeds.

Ay, yeah, yeah ...
Why does a neighbor have a more beautiful woman than mine but is more ugly than me? Why does a neighbor have a better car (more money, ...) than mine, and is he more stupid than me?
Why?
Why, oh, my God ?! o_O
The game and Inno games have so many shots to crack, and you blame them for a lack of socialist thinking and attitude.
Contra: huge drain for supplies,
Recontra: You have a very bad economy in your city. Stop living on credit and make sure you can save. Your life, especially in the real world, will become much nicer.

(A recent study was conducted: It turns out that 70% of Americans are so deeply in credit debt that they can not afford the small amount of $ 500 in an urgent need!)

Do You intend to level the playing field and give those that did not get it yesterday a chance to catch up?
This is starting to look like one of those ones that Inno goes very quiet on and waits until everyone gets tired. I hope to be proved wrong, but I suspect that there is no intention to do as you suggest. Inno decided they wanted a bit of extra beta testing before starting to use this product so they pushed it out to 50% or 75% (or however many) of the live players as a play test and, as usual, not considering how it would make people feel.

Elvenar is psychological experiment to gain deeper knowledge about frustration. Also the people who show desired mental qualities are recruited into CIA, FBI, Peace Corps and Reptilian Army.

Search your feelings, it is true

Folks I want to reiterate that I did not receive the speed up in any city that could benefit from it. Nor did I receive the random diamond gift.
I am happy for the players who did receive it; especially those in the difficult areas of the game.
What I would like to address is comportment. We cannot help that Inno gave an unfair advantage to some players and not everyone. We cannot know why even our usual moderators are largely silent in this matter. What we can do is treat each other with dignity and respect.
There has at times been a marked lack of common manners displayed here. I too have made such comments on occasion. But such disrespect has consequences. Yet another player has quit over this. It does not take a huge effort to hold off making remarks especially when they are largely reactive.
Please! Wait a few minutes before replying. Consider: is it helpful? Is it necessary? Is it kind?
Thanks all.

I do love a bit of irony now and again. :D
I don't mind it but not everyone has my thick skin. There's time to show how smart and witty you are and there's time to show neither. It all depends on what you aim to achieve. There's no point aggravating people that are already aggravated by certain situation. But that's just my opinion.

My only goal with my posts here is not to offend people or demand gifts. Just wanna get as much sure as possible, that in future players won't be treated differently in such manners. Because it's one thing to participate in an event, or a raffle of some sort and not win things, and this here. Because even though in both cases people are chosen randomly, there are rules and information in the first case but nothing of the sort in the other case. This here was simply dull.
